The commissioner's rules shall require a district or school to report the number of full-time equivalent school counselors providing counseling services at a campus.
For purposes of this subsection, "full-time equivalent school counselor" means 40 hours of counseling services a week. Sectionat any time during the year for which the report is made. An average daily attendance of 60 students shall be the basis of providing the adjusted basic allotment if a district offers a kindergarten through grade 6 program and has preceding or current year's average daily attendance of at least 40 students or is 30 miles or more by bus route from the nearest high school district.
A school district that contracts for students residing in the district to be educated in another district under Section Added by Acts76th Leg.
